When he was younger, Adams Mario (Tradewear Founder) was hauling sofas for a moving company. The crew uniforms carried the company logo, but within a few washes the print had cracked and faded. Before long, the team was back in regular clothes—losing the visibility those shirts were meant to provide.
That experience stuck. After years in both product and then apparel design, Adams saw the same problem everywhere: workwear that didn’t last, and ordering processes that felt hidden, inconsistent, or handled through social media DMs. In 2024 he founded Tradewear in Orlando to solve both issues.
