If production hasn’t started, we can usually adjust. Once printing begins, changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need modifications.

Yes. Our checkout is PCI Level 1 compliant and SSL‑encrypted via Stripe. We never store any card or user data on our servers.

Because products are custom, we cannot accept returns unless there is a defect or production error.
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 5 business days. We will replace, or refund as needed.
